Mehtap holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration, MSc in Management Engineering and MA degree in Human Resources Management and Development.
Before founding Alanyali & Alanyali, she worked as Management Trainee, and then, held senior key positions in HR and Organisational Development Departments within Pamukbank Turkey (which used to have employees more than 6000). She held the Project Leader position in the HR side of the Organisational Development Project, which was conducted with McKinsey. She set up Alanyali & Alanyali in 1995 partnering with Merih Alanyali. She and Merih Alanyali are partner of AIMS International Turkey since 2000.
She leads & executes many C level recruitment projects as well as Assessment Center projects to the wholly owned subsidiaries of multinationals, joint venture operations, and Turkish companies. She is also very experienced in Mentoring and HR Systems Building.
