After a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Martina enrolled in a Master’s program in Politics Science at the University of Florence.During these years she worked as Consultant in the University helping students and newly graduated to connect to labour market.In 2019 she came back to Milan joining AIMS as HR Consultant focusing on cross-industry selection projects and searching profiles with different professional expertise and seniority.

Looking ahead is one of my personality trait, indeed I always looking for new challenges that bring me out of my comfort zone. I love travelling and I strongly believe meeting new people and facing new cultures are among the most rewarding experiences.

I play volleyball since I was a child and I love it as sport team. I am also passionated about photography and football too.
