Maria started in the Executive Search business in 2006 and has a successful track record in recruiting for C-level positions, as well as middle management and specialist roles across various industries, including life sciences, property, energy, industry, the public sector etc. She has several years of leadership experience herself, with a strong business development professional profile.
Maria graduated in Business Administration and pursued additional PhD studies in leadership from Lund University, Sweden. She is certified in multiple assessment tools and has conducted a significant number of assessments throughout her years in the business. Maria has also completed board training courses and has her own experience from various board and nominating committee assignments. In her roles as CEO, she has also reported to different boards.
Maria is fluent in Swedish and English, and she also speaks French and some Danish.
