Louise has been working in the recruitment industry since 1998 and assisted clients for more than 15 years in finding and growing leaders in the Nordics as well as in an international context. She works with Executive Search and Leadership Assessment on top and middle management levels and for various specialist functions. She is certified in several assessment tools. In addition to working as a consultant Louise has several years of management experience. She has been leading a Nordic research organization and been responsible for operational excellence at an international Executive Search business.
Louise has studied work science and labour law at Lund University and Malmö University.
Fluent in Swedish and English.
