Ledi decided for a career in recruitment in 2009, after working for 10 years as finance and HR in the Oil and Gas industry, and 6 years as Administration and HR manager for an EBRD venture capital fund.
Her expertise at AIMS stands with the Natural Resources, but she has successfully managed assignments in various industries for functions including accounting and finance, sales and marketing, business development, supply chain, human resources and administration.

Ledi has studied English language at the University of Tirana, and marketing and management at the University of Bradford (UK). Besides her native Albanian, she speaks fluent English, French and Italian.
