Let me introduce myself, I am Lamia Haddou, freshly laureate from the University of Johnson & Wales located in Providence- Rhode Island- USA where I earned a Master in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources.

This formation allowed me to master the art of problem solving as well as developing diverse conceptual and analytical competencies in regard to BA and HR.

The main courses that I’ve taken were: Brand marketing / strategic marketing / SMDV marketing / Financial reporting and control / Effective leadership / and operations management.

Through my concentration which is Human Resources, I’ve had the opportunity to study and practice the following subjects which are: employer-employee relations, organizational training & development, strategic recruitment, as well as retention/ succession/ planning.

Beforehand, I’ve done a Bachelor degree in International Hospitality Management precisely at the University of Marrakech.  The subjects I’ve taken along with the different internships I experienced empowered me in having a multitude of skill sets in regard to professional competencies, legal, and economics.

I’ve received tremendous practical training within the Hospitality industry which permitted me in applying all the theoretical knowledge I gained to a more professional environment.

Regarding my qualities, I would say that I can be defined as someone proactive with a great spirit of innovation and creativity. I can also be defined as being a challenge oriented person. On the other side of the coin, I do have a multitude of weaknesses which can be perceived as qualities which are being idealist and perfectionist.

When it comes to my competencies, I can say that I do acquire a multitude of KPI’s in regard to microsoft, Adobe, Sage, Sql, Opera, as well as some basic notions in C programming language.

Last but not least, my hobbies would be working out ( Boxing, dance, and yoga). I am also attracted by extreme sports such as paddle boarding, kayaking, and hiking which enable me in constantly being faced with new challenges and mostly for the high adrenaline surge

Also, I’d like to pinpoint that I enjoy traveling and visiting new places where I can encounter new cultures and traditions.

To conclude, I am fluent in French, English, Arabic, and I do acquire some fundamental notions in Spanish and Hebrew.
