I was born in Forssa and I am currently living in Espoo. I am a father of two children. I am a business driven experienced Executive Search professional.

I have a proven successful track record in local and Nordic business environments. Long experience in the Executive Search has given me good understanding about the latest approaches to drive human capital initiatives and value in various industries. What I love about in our industry is the opportunity to meet people with diverse careers and to learn more about new businesses.

My personal identified top strengths are responsibility, positivity, curious and proactive, which reflects also well my way of working. In my spare time I enjoy tennis and other sport activities like gym and jogging.
