Jan is holding the position of Co-Managing Partner at AIMS International in Sweden. His role encompasses that of an Executive Search and Management Consultant, backed by an extensive background in leadership. Jan’s academic foundation includes a Master of Science in Business Administration from Uppsala University.

Together with his partners and colleagues at AIMS International Sweden, Jan works closely with clients to find and develop their leaders. Besides Executive Search, the team offers Board Services and Talent Management Consulting in the form of Leadership Assessments, Evaluations and Growth Programmes for individual leaders, boards and management teams.
Prior to joining AIMS International, Jan held a role as a Partner/Managing Director at Accenture in Sweden. Notably, his most recent accomplishment within Accenture was serving as the Nordic Lead for Media & Entertainment and Tech & Platform companies. Preceding his 15-year tenure in consulting at Accenture, he gained significant leadership experience in various companies, primarily centered in Telecom/Media/Tech sectors.
