Haylee Mander is the Executive Assistant to Kevin Wallis, Managing Partner of AIMS Australia & NZ. She has worked as an Executive Assistant since 2015, helping lead professionals in the right direction with their businesses.
For the past 5 years, Haylee has dedicated her career to keep Executives and Business Owners organised, efficient and less stressed. She practises a streamline and intuitive approach. It is built on empathy, efficiency and astute problem solving. She skilfully manages administrative duties and client relations for her colleagues at AIMS Australia & NZ. Haylee takes pride in representing senior level management professionals with finesse. She provides Kevin with support to fulfil his ongoing search & selection for clients, professional development, training workshops and seminar presentations.
Prior to joining the business world, Haylee spent 9 years in Early Childhood Education. She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in 2013. She was an Early Childhood Educator and Centre Manager, satisfying her two deepest passions: working with children and early childhood education. When Haylee isn’t working, you will find her outdoors adventuring, at the beach or surrounded by her family.
