With more than a decade of experience in the talent consulting industry, Fennie has partnered with clients, candidates, and colleagues across the US, EMEA and Asia Pacific on executive search, succession and assessment for Board and top management. Her clients range from multinationals, government-linked companies, local conglomerates, and start-ups.

In her early career, Fennie served in the financial services industry with exposure to Corporate Banking, Consumer Banking, Private Equity Investment, and Life Insurance Agency.

Prior to joining AIMS International, Fennie founded a consulting and coaching business with a mission to help individuals and organizations succeed by maximizing talent for personal and professional development, especially in career transition, leadership development, and performance management.

A Certified Master Performance Coach, Fennie is an ICF (International Coaching Federation) Credentialed Coach (Associate Certified Coach). She is an active member of ICF, both global and local, in Malaysia. She is also a Certified Practitioner for Thomas assessments.

Fennie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Distinction) from RMIT University, Australia.


Nothing is impossible if you believe you can do it.I define myself as a keen learner. Since the age of 19, I have been on the road of charting my life journey. I strongly subscribe to the right attitude and appreciate every learning and growth opportunity to become a better person.

Over the years, I have learned that “two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help”. I am grateful for the important people I have met in my life. They are my mentor, coach, friend, client, colleague, boss, and family. They have not only helped me to become who I am, but they have also moulded me to be what I am. Their kindness has inspired me to expand what I have done in executive search to executive coaching.

Executive coaching has been another platform for me to continue building a trusting relationship with individuals or teams by tapping into their potential; unlocking their sources of creativity and productivity to maximize their performance.
