Evans is the business development manager for AIMS International East Africa. He comes from management consulting firms where he has been engaged in projects in the fields of real estate, energy, IT and finance. He has worked for key organizations in East Africa where he gained key experience in client relations, executive search, and marketing. He studied BA in Political Science with Information Technology from Maseno University- Kenya.

He is currently the business development manager for AIMS East Africa and is responsible for business acquisition and retention. He also supports organizations in this region in labour management, employer on record, payroll processing, and organization design services.

His strength lies in the capacity to understand the East African landscape, identify and map practical management solutions for businesses, and the network of international talent and recruiters.

Evans is fluent in English, Swahili, Kikuyu, and a beginner in the Burji language.


What I love about AIMS International East Africa is the agile leadership from the management and the ability to impact businesses beyond where I live.

I enjoy local and neighbouring traditional cuisines and urban music. I live in the leafy suburbs of Nairobi in Kenya with my son and wife.
