Emma has been working with executive search and recruitment of managers and specialists since the late 90s. She operates broadly across industries with a spike in the industrial sector and consumer industry. She has an extensive experience from working with executive search and recruitment of management position. Before joining AIMS International Emma was regional Business Team Manager, southern Sweden for another Executive Search company and part of the management team. Emma has had leadership roles for more than seven years. She has also led a team of recruiters focusing on Sales, Marketing & Communication in Sweden.
Emma has extensive experience from assessment and leadership development. Emma has studied a master in Business Administration with focus on Organization & Leadership, Lund University combined with behavioural science. Emma is certified in several assessment tools. Fluent in Swedish and English.
