Christoph VAVRIK

Christoph spent more than 25 years in Marketing and General Management at P&G, Danone and Carlsberg, with P&L responsibility for 18 countries across Eastern & Western Europe, the Arabian Peninsula and Asia. He has been Danone’s Managing Director for Greece & Cyprus and then for Austria & Slovenia, as well as Carlsberg’s Managing Director in Myanmar. Christoph has also been member of the Austrian Parliament and a diplomat in the Austrian Foreign Service.

Christoph holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics, as well as a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from the Johns Hopkins University

As an executive, Christoph has recruited more than 100 mid- and senior level managers. His conviction that people are the most valuable asset of any human organization was at the core of his decision to join AIMS. His extensive experience in building business and in leading very diverse teams enables him to understand each client’s unique needs for staffing and developing the organization. His multicultural background and his experience as a diplomat and politician are key in the multinational and highly dynamic context of the Gulf region.

Christoph is fluent in French, German, English and Spanish. He is based in Dubai.
