Charlotta has been active as a consultant since 2017 and with focus on Executive Search since 2021. She has been working within a broad range of different industries, filling leadership- and specialist positions. The assignments have been both for large international and national companies as well as for start-ups/scale-ups, often with a focus on digital transformation and sustainability.
Prior to becoming an Executive Search Consultant, Charlotta mainly worked within the Telecom- and Music Industry, e.g. for Pop House Sweden, Sony Mobile, Universal Music and Telenor/Bredbands-bolaget. Her career include roles within Marketing, Business Development, Brand partnerships, Sponsorships and Project Management.
As an Executive Search Consultant, Charlotta’s priority is always to find the right talent and perfect fit for the candidates and clients, identifying an individual who will make a real difference. To be able to achieve this, she is dedicated, curious and proactive, always being the best possible ambassador for the client towards the approached candidates.
