Andreas is bringing to the table over thirty years of hands-on experience in line management and human capital development in multinational organizations in the Banking, Automotive, FMCG and Oil & Energy industry in Europe and the Middle East.

He has been involved in major business transformation projects in the public and private sectors and has been responsible for the design and delivery of Leadership Assessment Centers and Coaching interventions for C-level executives at top notch companies such as NEOM, Saudi Electricity Company, Qatar Petroleum, Saudi British Bank, Mobily, Saudi Telecom Co, National Water Company, HSBC, and GIB.

Leveraging his long-standing experience in leadership roles and expertise in coaching and people development, Andreas is currently engaged in significant international coaching assignments that include 1-on-1 executive coaching and coaching senior leadership teams.
