AIMS International recently announced the strengthening of their Global Practices with new leadership for Financial & Professional Services, Media & Technology and Board Services Practices in their drive to put sustainability at this global HR organisation’s core

Dimitris Kleftakis joined AIMS International Hellas in 2016 as a Partner. In June 2018 he was elected as Member of the AIMS International Executive Board, responsible for the region Eastern Europe and Eurasia.  On his recent appointment as Head of the Financial & Professional Services, Dimitris comments: “I am very excited to take this role and to continue the excellent job done by my predecessor, Torsten Miland. We have a diverse, experienced, and competent team and we are going to leverage our strong points to deliver top notch sustainable solutions to our clients and at the same time, enable our Partners to thrive in their local markets.”

Titti Hammarling, Managing Partner AIMS International Sweden, was appointed as leader of the Board Services Practice. She has extensive experience from strategic client partnerships and knows the AIMS International organisation well. She has been a member of the Board Services Practice since 2016.

When asked how she feels about her appointment, Titti stated; “The starting point for our work in the Board Services Practice is the customers’ various needs to improve their Non-Executive and Executive Board achievements. To meet these needs, we are continuously developing our services and tools as well as our competences to have value-creating and high quality offers to our clients. I am honored to have the opportunity to work with our experienced and expanding team and to lead the practice onwards. 2021 will be an interesting development year with a lot of activities!” 

Jonathan Khoo, Managing Partner AIMS Singapore, was elected as Executive Vice President for the APAC region in 2019 and more recently appointed as Media and Technology Practice Head. Jonathan notes: “We live in an era of unprecedented disruptions and changes, both in technology and by technology. I am fortunate to get to observe these rapid transformations together with my colleagues in the Media and Technology Global Practice team. Each AIMS Consultant has years of experience serving Technology or Media companies in their country or region. It is an honour to work with this exceptional team as we share knowledge and explore better ways to serve the industry.”

The new leadership will be working with their teams and other Global Practice Heads in order to serve clients worldwide with a renewed focus on gender equity, inclusion and other key HR services with the view to sustainable business practice.
