AIMS International appoints new Talent Management Practice Head

AIMS International is excited to announce the appointment of Maria Shishkova as the new Global Head of Talent Management in recent months. Maria is the Managing Partner AIMS Human Capital Bulgaria.

She has over 25 years of experience in the area of general management, human resources, management consulting, assessment and development centres, leadership training and coaching, compensation and benefits surveys and executive search and selection for top managerial positions. Being selected as  Leader of AIMS’ Talent Management  Global Practice, Maria will continue to lead the operations of the company in Bulgaria, well-known for its strategic leadership and management development services.

 In the past 25 years, Maria has worked with over 250 companies, heading and/or participating in projects in Bulgaria and also in a number of surrounding countries, collaborating with AIMS International Partners. She has been recognised as corporations’ trusted advisor in a wide variety of topics: leadership, sales skills, corporate culture, organisational development, customer service, team excellence, human resources interviewing, and assessment skills. Maria also has a number of publications in Bulgarian and international business media and is a frequent guest speaker at TV discussions, international and local conferences, and other key business events.

 Maria holds a MA in English and American studies from the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and is a certified consultant and local training director.  She has been trained in specialised coaching courses at the Corporate Coach University of Dallas, USA and in a programme of Applied Economics at the University of Delaware, USA.  She was a founding and board member of various human resources and executive search organisations and associations in the past.
