AIMS International, one of the largest global executive search and talent management organisations held its annual EMEA meeting in Munich from 17 to 19 October 2019. During this special event, over 70 Executive Search and HR Consultants gathered from APAC, EMEA and the Americas regions to share expertise and ideas.
Robust discussions were held around topics such as “making sustainability part of AIMS’ DNA” by adopting the United Nations’ 13 Sustainable Development Goals. The Executive Board facilitated workshops on how to find and grow your business during a financial crisis and Partners shared successful initiatives on Industry Global Best Practices and sub-regional events.
AIMS International Partners and Consultants had the chance to catch up on old friendships and socialise while visiting interesting landmarks such as the Olympic tower and BMW museum in Munich while savouring the famous Bavarian hospitality.
