We will develop easy to understand performance-based job profiles, regular robust performance reviews and lastly a rewards system suitable for the work force of today. A modern rewards and benefits strategy should include aspects such as flexi-time or time off in lieu of achievement, benefits and not only financial rewards.
We can build an internal recruitment process best practice, based on your competency library and job profiles and train your line managers to use this process
