Official launch during a well attended client event held in Tirana

AIMS International Albania, which will now include all Human Capital Advisory services of Dynamics Partners, was launched during a client event held on October 14th, 2016 at the Rogner Hotel in Tirana. Numerous clients, representatives of the press and of the local authorities, as well as over 30 AIMS International Partners from the EMEA region were present.

Mrs. Monika Farka, Managing Partner of AIMS Albania & Kosovo, announced these new developments during the Client Event, whose main topic was: ” Human Capital Excellence – the challenge to sustain growth “, prior to providing some results of a detailed and insightful survey called “Regional Insights and Road Ahead”. The survey involved 42 companies in Albania and 24 companies in Kosovo, representing mainly large companies from major industries. One of the main key findings was that only 20% of respondents consider HR as a Strategic Business Partner in their company, making the transformation of HR role from administrative to a strategic one, the top regional HR challenge for the companies and HR Departments.

All AIMS Partners had the opportunity to meet and share information with important players of the business environment in Albania as executives, HR Directors, Embassies and Chambers of Commerce representatives etc. The event proved a very good environment to discuss about the business potential in Albania and the surrounding countries, in full alignment with AIMS International’s development strategy in the Balkans.

Dynamics Partners has been operating in Albania and Kosovo for the last 10 years, positioning itself as one of the leading companies in executive search and HR consulting, and became Partner of AIMS International in 2015. The event marked the official transfer of the company’s core services Executive Search and Talent Management to the new AIMS International Albania organisation.

Mr. Pierangelo Favero, President of AIMS International and Mr. Grégoire Depeursinge, Executive Vice President for the EMEA region, welcomed the new Partner to the organization.
