Inspire

“Start doing what is necessary, then what’s possible, suddenly you are doing the impossible” ~ St. Francis of Assisi.

I consider my years of experience in the Human Resource and Recruitment field not just a job but rather an inspirational calling to touch and change lives for the better. I find deep satisfaction in understanding and empowering human capital. Each person’s uniqueness and positive energy can inspire confidence in others and eventually contribute to the success of a company. I’ve learnt that attracting, hiring, and retaining people who match the values of the company and work culture is crucial. People tend to rise to the expectations when it is set with clarity.

Having worked for UN and having lived in Australia, and Nigeria, I’ve come to appreciate diversity in all its forms, equality, and inclusion. I love working with people analytics to identify opportunities to achieve sustainable business success in ever-growing multi-cultural work environments.

To me, partnership means building a client's trust by taking ownership, responsibility, and being committed to finding the best possible solution for the client.

In my free time, I appreciate the simple things in life – reading a book, watching the sunset with my husband, or just going for a swim.

Life is so precious, therefore choose with the greatest care on what to do with a gift so rare.

“For It is in giving that we receive”. ~ St. Francis of Assisi.
