Ferhat Gümüs joined AIMS International in March 2018 as a Research Consultant after he finished his studies in Management & Economics at the Technical University in Dortmund.
The main focus in his studies were the Human Resource Management (Personnel selection, development and management / personality and behaviour).
After 2 Years and many successfull projects, Ferhat was promoted and got the title of the Senior Research Consultant.
His strengths lie in the early candidate selection, active sourcing, candidate management and talent acquisition.
Ferhat is a native speaker in German and Turkish. He is also fluent in English.
