I am constantly evolving and place my focus on the agility to continuously learn and grow. I believe this is a perquisite for future work and especially from the perspective of how technology will demand future people capability and how organizations function to innovate for profitability.

I am an advocate for diversity, inclusion and total well-being at the workplace. My inspiration is that leaders demonstrate physiological literacy to understand the dynamics on organizational health. I believe in my next career chapter with AIMS to “Find & Grow Your Leaders”; promoting gender-diverse leadership, total organizational well-being, and integrating climate resilience competencies in hiring practices will be a sustainable way forward.
