“We understand business and we approach projects from this perspective. We can carry conversations with our clients that exceed the human resources field”
A psychologist with in-depth studies in Organizational Psychology and Leadership, Codruta has been working in the human resources industry since 2003, of which the last six at AIMS. After a training period in transactional analysis, she has approached this discipline as her life philosophy.
Codruta has an important experience in recruiting, but in the last years she has dabbled more into consultancy. The projects in this field have covered a wide range of aspects, from initial evaluation Assessmnet and Development Centres, 360 degrees feedbacks), up to individual coaching, group workshops or trainings.
“There are a series of personality models where my profile is 100% a harmonizer. I believe that my role in the relation with clients is to help balance the pressure for business performance with the needs of the people. I like to think that I can contribute not only at harmonizing the people with the organizations, but also at harmonizing people with themselves, which facilitates finding a balance in the organization or outside of it. ”
What differentiates the AIMS approach has to do with the soul put into the action and the permanent interest for development. But also the fact that during our recruitment or consultancy projects, our discussions are focused on business outside the human resources area. Thus, AIMS becomes a partner, rather than just a simple “supplier”.
A former volunteer who, during her faculty years, dreamt of changing the world, is concerned today to “give all of herself in order for the people from the organizations to have a better experience”. She does this with the aid of a team that she defines with phrases such as “we care, we support, we have fun and we learn”. During her spare time she uses sport as an antidote to the daily stress.
