Cecilia Diaz, Managing Partner AIMS International Mexico has been serving on the AIMS International Executive Board since 2015 as VP South America and then VP Americas since 2019. Cecilia has broken ground in many areas, not only within AIMS as the first Mexican serving on the Board, but also as only the third female board member in AIMS’ 36-year history. Cecilia is passionate about people development, team work and business development. Cecilia is also in charge of the global teams coordination. Cecilia has taken various courses in Finance, HR Strategy and Labor market.

Cecilia enjoys reading Susan Jeffers, Deprak Chopra and Eckhart Tolle. She also enjoys learning new languages such as english and portuguese.
Cecilia is passionate about traveling and getting to know new cultures, she has visited almost every wonder of the world, she is only missing Petra in Jordan.
She considers herself as a resilient person, and she likes to practice different exercises to get equilibrium between personal and professional life. She loves to practice yoga and play with her dogs in her free time.
