Rickard Thorgren

Born in the north of Sweden, I now live in Stockholm with my family and share my time between the city, the archipelago and the mountains in my home part of the country. My principal hobbies are skiing, boating and outdoor life in general.

My drive generates among other things from values, being in development and business acumen. For me it is important to be part of a team that has a strong focus on their customers needs.

In my role as a consultant I always try to understand people, clients as well as candidates. I believe a high level of service also involves taking care of the details. Being able to help clients, no matter where they need to recruit, and having local expertise in many countries just a phone call away, is beneficial to work with cross border assignments.

Long term relationships are essential, both with clients and candidates as well as always following up with everyone involved helps me fine tune my work as a consultant. Our line of work depends on strong collaboration and trust, a fact that I have a lot of respect for.
