Leading international executive search and talent management organisation appoints new President

During AIMS International’s annual general meeting (AGM), Mr. Bernardo Entschev was elected as President to take over from Mr. Pierangelo Favero who served in this role from 2015. 

Mr. Entschev is Managing Partner US and previously served as International Vice President and Executive Vice President for the Latin Americas and Americas Regions. 

Mr. Entschev qualified as a medical surgeon in Brazil and worked as a craniofacial surgeon for ten years before joining his father’s executive search company in Brazil in 2007.  Since then he has become an integral part of AIMS International, growing the business, first in South America and more recently in North America.  He believes that passionate people are what differentiate companies to become successful.

During the same AGM, Mr. Peter Barkhurst, who served on the Executive Board since 2012, was elected as AIMS International Vice President.  Mr Barkhurst is Managing Partner AIMS Germany and has played an integral role in the strategic development of the organisations’s Practice Groups globally. “I’d like to thank everyone for the trust and confidence shown in me and look forward to my new role.”
