He started his consulting career in Mercuri Urval in 1988, performing management assessment and executive selection projects for international clients.
In 1992 became Partner of MIDA SPA, a renowned Management Consulting company in Milan focusing on executive search and management appraisal projects for top executives.
Since 1999, Mr.Favero is Founding Partner and Managing Director of AIMS International Italy, Executive Search firm with 3 offices in Milan, Verona and Rome and a staff of 32 people.
President of AIMS International between 2015 and 2019.
Member of the AIMS International Executive Board (2003 –2007) and (2013 – 2019). Has served as Finance Manager of the global organisation for several years. EMEA Practice member of AIMS Talent Management Team.
Advises companies in filling and assessing leadership positions on executive and top management level, with industry focus on Industrial, FMCG, Retail and Health Care.
Holds various certifications on psychometric tools and assessment methodologies from Hogrefe (D) and CEB SHL (US) and a MS in Electronic Engineering from Padova University.
