High calibre speakers showcase how to realize growth
Vienna/ Helsinki – November 22nd, 2013 – AIMS Finland set up an exclusive event with a handpicked selection of speakers for its international clients and consultants at the Ravintola Palace in Helsinki’s harbour
Top level management members of 42 international companies met in Helsinki to discuss diverse strategies to realize substantial growth. Executive managers from Cramo Oyj, ST1, Tieto Oyj and Futurice delivered exciting presentations about their enterprises’ growth strategies and the successfull implementation of those. They should be challenged by the audience which was a compilation of the international managment scene in the Nordics flanked by 39 international AIMS consultants from the EMEA region. The exchange of experience was to prick up one’s ears.
When the sun was rising picturesque above the waters of Helsinki harbour, Rolf Heeb, former President of AIMS International, opened the stage for the top calibre exchange of ideas: FULL SAILS AHEAD – AMBITION FOR GROWTH.
Showcasing the search for an EMEA CEO of a Japanese company he elabourated on the leadership skills which are a strong demand in todays’ global business world and which have been very different in former years. Details about how international consultants can ensure that their global clients adapt their leaders’ competencies according to these huge changes were delivered. And Rolf Heeb illustrated examples of which leadership competencies provide a basis for the successful implementation of a growth strategy in todays’ business environment.
