Joachim Moser

Born in the Black Forest and later working for international companies in different cities in Germany like Stuttgart, Hamburg and Bonn, I feel equally at home everywhere in my home country. I currently live close to Bonn, in the wonderful landscape „Drachenburger Ländchen“. I am married for almost 40 years to my wife Ines. Our two grown up children live in different regions in Germany. My passions are outdoor activities like mountain biking and hiking together with our dog as well as cooking.

What I love about executive search and HR-consulting is to meet new interesting people on the client side as well as on the side of the candidates.

On the professional side, I experienced different environments like:

• In my first job, a professor hired me directly from the university to start a new company. We developed a new CAD-System, because at this moment there were only English based solutions available on the market.
• In my next job, I started in a small IT company with 20 employees, when I left the company it was listed on the stock exchange exceeding 1,000 employees.
• As Managing Director in Hamburg, I made the company more profitable in a short time, before selling it gainfully.
