Before joining AIMS, Endri held different sales and marketing positions in FMCG and IT/Telecom Industries, in Albania and Kosovo. He holds a Degree in Business Administration, from the University of New York in Tirana.
Endri serves clients from different industries with Executive Search projects and Talent Management solutions.
He has successfully completed several placements on different functions: Marketing, Sales, Operations, Engineering, ICT, Legal, HR, etc.
Endri is certified on the use and interpretation of SHL Talent Assessment Tools, which he offers both as a complement of recruiting processes, as well as independent solutions fulfilling the clients’ needs in talent acquisition, development, retention, or business performance in general.
During his first year in AIMS, Endri has also been the Marketing Executive charged with facilitating the brand transition and transfer of Human Capital Advisory solutions from former Dynamics Partners to the new AIMS International Albania & Kosovo.
Besides his native Albanian, he is fluent in English, Italian, Spanish and French.
